The sequence of the MUM-D 24-mer is 5'-TTTATCC TATTGCTTAAAGGTTTA-3'.Each vial contains between 10 ?g and 60 ?g of freeze-dried primer. Dissolving the contents of one vial (2.5 nmole) in 100 ?L of distilled water and mixing with its partner primer (total volume of 200 ?L), MRA-234 can be used for 200 PCR reactions (each reaction uses 1 ?L in a 25 ?L volume) at 500 nM. If used at 250 nM, 400 PCR reactions can be completed. If used at 250 nM, 400 reactions can be run. If three or four primers are used, the above volumes would be 1.5 and 2.0 ?L, respectively, per reaction.
