SARS-CoV-2, isolate New York-PV08410/2020 was isolated on March 16, 2020 from a nasal swab collected from a patient with a fatal respiratory illness in New York, USA. The complete genome of SARS-CoV-2, isolate New York-PV08410/2020 has been sequenced (GenBank:
MT370900 and GISAID: EPI_ISL_421374).

Each vial contains approximately 100 ?L of viral genomic RNA in TE buffer (10 mM Tris-HCl, 1 mM EDTA, pH 8.0). The viral genomic RNA is in a background of cellular nucleic acid and carrier RNA. Innocuity testing was performed on the extracted RNA and results reported on the Certificate of Analysis. The vial should be centrifuged prior to opening.
