特定于犬瘟热病毒包膜组件;中和Rockborn，Snyder Hill和Onderstepoort Strains。 IgG1同种型。与犬瘟热病毒发生反应。不与犬腺病毒2型（CAV-2），犬冠状病毒（CCV），犬副流感病毒（CPI），犬疱疹病毒（CHV）或犬细小病毒（CPV）发生反应。适用于感染细胞的免疫荧光和病毒的中和。该单克隆抗体作为小鼠腹水产生，通过离心澄清，并通过0.2微米过滤器过滤。磷酸盐缓冲盐水中的浓度为1.0mg / ml，用叠氮化钠保存。

Specific for Canine Distemper Virus envelope component; neutralizes Rockborn, Snyder Hill and Onderstepoort Strains. IgG1 isotype. Reacts with Canine Distemper Virus. Does not react with Canine Adenovirus Type 2 (CAV-2), Canine Coronavirus (CCV), Canine Parainfluenza Virus (CPI), Canine Herpesvirus (CHV)or Canine Parvovirus (CPV). Suitable for immunofluorescence of infected cells and neutralization of virus. This monoclonal antibody is produced as mouse ascites fluid, clarified by centrifugation, and filtered through a 0.2 micrometer filter. The concentration is 1.0 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline, preserved with sodium azide.
