Orders over this limit will be sent to NIAID for approval.NR-18922 is a preparation of influenza A virus, A/New Caledonia/20/1999 (HA, NA) x A/Puerto Rico/8/1934 (H1N1), Reassortant X-139 (Kilbourne F98) that has been inactivated with beta-propiolactone (BPL). The HA and NA proteins are from influenza A/New Caledonia/20/1999. Influenza A/New Caledonia/20/1999 (H1N1)-like viruses were used as the influenza A (H1N1) component of trivalent vaccines worldwide from 2000-2007. The source virus used for the inactivation was BEI Resources NR-9692. Complete inactivation was confirmed by three successive passages in embryonated chicken eggs.Each vial contains approximately 3.0 X 103 CEID50 equivalents of BPL-inactivated influenza A virus, A/New Caledonia/20/1999 (HA, NA) x A/Puerto Rico/8/1934 (H1N1), Reassortant X-139 (Kilbourne F98) in 100 ?L of PBS.
