The clone E12 antibody is reported to bind to domain I/II (DI/II) in the envelope protein.Each vial of NR-15519 contains approximately 100 ?L of purified monoclonal antibody in PBS.NR-15519 is reported to be type-specific, very weakly neutralizing, and to react with DEN-3 DI/II expressed on yeast cells.NR-15519 is being released without confirmation of functional activity since the DEN-3 envelope protein yeast expression system needed to confirm the reported activity is not available to BEI Resources.
