The clone E17 antibody is reported to bind to domain I/II (DI/II) in the envelope protein.Each vial of NR-15523 contains approximately 0.1 mL of purified monoclonal antibody in PBS.NR-15523 is reactive on C6/36 cells infected with DEN-3, 271242 (BEI Resources NR-3802) in indirect immunofluorescence assays. The antibody is reported to be subcomplex-specific, non-neutralizing, and to react with DEN-3 DI/II expressed on yeast cells.
