HM-480D?? Genomic DNA from Stomatobaculum longum?(Deposited as Lachnospiraceae sp.), Strain ACC2(Nucleic Acids)|Stomatobaculum longum|Genomic DNA from Stomatobaculum longum?(Deposited as Lachnospiraceae sp.), Strain ACC2|-20°C or colder|MV SizovaAcknowledgment for publications should read “The following reagent was obtained through BEI Resources, NIAID, NIH as part of the Human Microbiome Project: Genomic DNA from Stomatobaculum longum (Deposited as Lachnospiraceae sp.), Strain ACC2 , HM-480D.”|Quantity limit per order for this item is 1. This item can be ordered twice a year. Orders over this limit will be sent to NIAID for approval before shipment. Genomic DNA was extracted from a preparation of
Stomatobaculum longum (
S. longum)
,
strain ACC2.
S. longum,strain ACC2
was deposited
as
Lachnospiraceae sp.,
however, this organism has been reclassified as
Stomatobaculum longum. S. longum, strain ACC2 was isolated in March 2010 from the
subgingival plaque of a 25-year-old black female.
S.
longum,strain ACC2
(
HMP ID 9623) is a reference genome for
The Human Microbiome
Project (HMP). HMP
is an initiative to identify and characterize human microbial flora. The complete genome of
S. longum,
strain ACC2 is available (GenBank:
AGEL00000000).HM-480D has been qualified for PCR applications by amplification of approximately 1500 base pairs of the 16S ribosomal RNA gene. Each vial contains 0.7 ?g to 1.5 ?g
of bacterial genomic DNA in TE buffer (10 mM Tris-HCl and 1 mM EDTA, pH ~ 8.0). Each
vial of HM-480D lot 0002019 contains 0.7 ?g to 1.5 ?g of bacterial genomic
DNA in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH ~ 8.0). The vial should be
centrifuged prior to opening.
