该酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）检测鸟分枝杆菌亚种的抗体。牛血清中的副结核病（MAP）。样品血清抗体与附着于微量滴定板的塑料孔的MAP抗原结合。通过与辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）标记的二抗反应检测这些血清抗体的结合。通过添加酶底物检测附着的HRP标记的抗体，并通过随后的颜色产物开发进行定量。强烈的显色表明样品血清中存在针对MAP的抗体。非常弱或没有显色表明样品血清中不存在针对MAP的抗体。

This enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detects antibodies to Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis (MAP) in bovine sera. Sample serum antibodies bind to MAP antigen attached to the plastic wells of the microtiter plate. Binding of these serum antibodies is detected by reaction with horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-labeled secondary antibody. Attached HRP-labeled antibodies are detected by addition of enzyme substrate and quantified by subsequent color product development. Strong color development indicates the presence of antibody to MAP in the sample serum. Very weak or no color development indicates the absence of antibody to MAP in the sample serum.Detection of antibodies to Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis (MAP) antigen in bovine sera by ELISA.
