Species Reactivity: Human Liver
Host: Rabbit
Immunogen Source: Human Liver
Form: Ig Fraction (Standard Antisera) obtained by ammonium sulfate precipitation.
Applications: ELISA, WB (not suitable for IEP)
Buffer: phosphate buffered saline with 0.05% NaN3 as a preservative
Storage: +2 to 8°C
Protein Concentration: 20.6 mg/mL
Working Dilution: >1:16000 by indirect ELISA.
Western Blot: At a dilution of 1:4000 the antibody reacts with 0.075, 0.15, and 0.3 ug human liver cathepsin D and does not react with cathepsins B, H or L.
The Cathepsin D immunogen used to prepare this antibody was purified in the Lab laboratory. It is a native protein, whole molecule, isolated from human liver.
